1) How to Order a Service

  2. Add to cart / Buy now

  3. Fill in your contact details (full name, email, WhatsApp/phone number).

  4. Proceed with online payment (see section 2 below). By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have permission from a guardian to use the payment method.

  5. Receive an order confirmation email including Order ID and instructions for submitting photos/details.

  6. Send your photos & questionnaire as instructed via email (or reach out on WhatsApp if you need assistance).

  7. Once we review your photos and questionnaire, we’ll send your personal style results straight to your email in a handy PDF file.

Note: 1880 Concept is a 100% online service — no appointment required.

 

2) Payment Methods
  • International Cards: Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via secure payment gateway).

  • E-wallets / Local payment gateways: Available depending on your region.

Currency: VND (for Vietnam customers). International customers may pay in USD/GBP/EUR (exchange rate displayed at checkout).

3) Invoice & Receipt
  • An electronic invoice/receipt will be emailed to you once payment is successful.

  • For business invoices, please email your company details to info@1880concept.com immediately after placing the order.

  • Retain your payment confirmation email as proof of purchase.
4) Submitting Photos & Information

After completing payment, you will receive:

  • A link to the intake form (to share your style goals, dressing habits, shopping budget, etc.).

  • Photo guidelines (angles, lighting, clothing basics).

  • A secure upload link for sending your photos.

Important Notes:

  • The quality of your results depends on the accuracy of the submitted information and photos.

  • Once submitted, services are personalized and non-refundable.

  • 1880 Concept may retain copies of all submitted information and images for record-keeping and fraud prevention.

5) Adjustment Policy
  • You may request one minor adjustment based on the same set of photos/details (unless otherwise specified by the service package).

  • Major changes (e.g., sending a completely new set of photos or requesting a different scope of analysis) may incur an extra fee — we will inform you beforehand.

6) Refund Policy
  • Before service begins: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by completing the Refund Request Form.

  • Once the service has started: Refunds are no longer available due to the personalized nature of the service.

  • Special Note for Minors / Guardian Payment: Refunds are not available once the service is delivered. Any chargeback from a guardian may be considered fraudulent, and 1880 Concept may provide all documentation (emails, intake form, photos, PDF results) to the payment processor.

  • If an error occurs on our part, please contact info@1880concept.com within 7 days of receiving your results for support.

7) Data Protection & Security
  • Payments are processed through secure gateways — no card details are stored on 1880 Concept’s system.

  • Photos & personal data are used strictly for analysis purposes.

  • Submitted data may be stored for verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
