At 1880 Concept, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service experience. Please read the following refund policy carefully before using our services.
At 1880 Concept, you may request a full refund (minus processing fees) within 48 hours of purchase if no service has started. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. After 48 hours or once the service has begun, all sales are final.
1. Services Ineligible for Refunds
a. Refund Window (First 48 Hours)

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your intake form and image submission guidelines.

You may request an order cancellation within 48 hours of purchase by submitting the Refund Request Form.

Approved refunds will be issued in full, minus any payment processing fees.
b. No Refund After 48 Hours

Once the 48-hour window has passed, all sales are final, and your order will proceed to the submission phase.
- For orders placed by minors using a guardian’s payment method, refunds are not available once the service has been delivered, and any chargeback from the guardian may be considered fraudulent.
c. Submission Deadline (7 Days)

You must submit your completed intake form and valid photos within 7 days of purchase.

your submission is not received within this timeframe:
- Your order will be granted a one-time free extension of 2 additional days, or
- If still not submitted after the extension, the order will be closed. To continue, you must pay a Re-activation Fee of $7.99.
d. Important Notes

Orders that remain inactive after the free extension and without re-activation will be considered forfeited with no refund.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a 100% refund if:
- The refund request form is submitted within 48 hours of the successful payment
- And you have not yet provided any information (photos, videos, or other personal details) for us to begin the service.
Note: This does not apply to orders placed by minors who have already submitted required information and received the service, or if the service has been partially delivered.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, you must do one of the following within 48 hours of successful payment:
- Complete the "Refund Request Form" provided by 1880 Concept.
- Notify us of your refund request through 1880 Concept's official social media channels ( instagram or WhatsApp). Please include your Order ID and a screenshot of the successful payment notification to help us process your request quickly.
Special Note for Minors / Guardian Payment:
- If a minor is using a guardian’s payment method, the guardian must confirm they are authorized to use the card/payment method.
- Once the service has been delivered (including intake form, submitted images, and PDF results), 1880 Concept reserves the right to retain the service fee and dispute any chargeback.
4. Refund Processing
- After receiving a valid refund request, 1880 Concept will process the refund for the service fee within 3-7 business days.
- Refunds are only returned to the original payment method used during purchase (credit/debit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer). The Refunds invoice will sent via your email.
- No cash or alternative refunds will be provided.
5. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Provided

The refund request form is submitted after 48 hours from the successful payment date.

You have already provided information (photos, videos, etc.) and we have begun the service.

The refund request does not follow the procedure outlined above (e.g., missing Order ID, lack of payment confirmation, etc.).
- You do not submit the intake form and/or photos within the 7-day submission window (plus the 2-day extension). Orders cancelled under this condition are considered forfeited with no refund.
- For orders placed by minors, once the service has been delivered, refunds are not available
6. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Protection

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

In case of disputes or chargebacks filed with your card issuer or payment provider, 1880 Concept reserves the right to provide documented proof of service delivery, including:

Order confirmation email sent to the customer

Submitted intake form and images (if provided)

Service logs, communication records, and proof of work delivered

Filing a chargeback after receiving services may be treated as fraudulent activity, and we reserve the right to dispute such claims with payment processors.
- For minors using a guardian’s payment method, any chargeback after service delivery will be treated as fraudulent, and all documentation will be submitted to the payment processor to defend the claim.
7. Minors / Use of Guardian’s Payment Method
- 1880 Concept services are intended to be purchased by individuals aged 18 or older.
- If a minor uses a credit/debit card belonging to a parent or legal guardian:
- The customer (and/or guardian) confirms that they are authorized to use this payment method for the service.
- 1880 Concept reserves the right to retain the service fee if the service has already been provided, including:

Photos or personal data provided

PDF file of the completed service sent to the customer

Any chargeback or dispute from a guardian after the service has been delivered may be considered fraudulent or unlawful, and 1880 Concept reserves the right to provide full documented evidence of service delivery to banks or payment processors to dispute the claim
- By placing an order, the customer and/or guardian accept responsibility for the payment method and acknowledge that the service has been delivered based on the information provided.
